The total electric capacity of the chief transformer can reach 838.80,000MVA.jinzhou Heat and Power Plant, whose annual generated energy is 1.2 billion degrees. And it is connected with the northeast electrified wire netting of China directly. A 30,000v substation will be built in the New Industry Zone.
